How to View and Pay Invoices
Vivint Host creates an invoice for every purchase or service renewal linked to your account. These invoices help you keep track of your spending and make sure all your hosting services are up to date.
Follow the steps below to view and pay your invoices from your Vivint Host dashboard.
Step 1: Log In to Your Vivint Host Account
Go to the Vivint Host login page and enter your account details.
Step 2: Go to the Billing Section
Once you're logged in, look to the lower-left side of your dashboard.
- Click on Billing
Then select My Invoices

Step 3: View Your Invoices
The "My Invoices" page shows a list of all invoices tied to your account.
Each invoice includes:
- The date it was created
- The due date
- The amount
- The status (Paid or Unpaid)
Click on any invoice to open and review the full details.
Step 4: Make a Payment
If you have an unpaid invoice, you’ll see a “Pay Now” button on it. Click the button and follow the steps to complete the payment.
Step 5: Pay Multiple Invoices Together (Optional)
If you have more than one unpaid invoice, you can use the “Mass Payment” option to pay them all at once.
This can save time and help keep your services running without interruption.
Step 6: Update Payment Method or Add Funds
To make future payments faster:
- Go to your Billing Settings to update or add a payment method.
- You can also add funds to your account balance ahead of time.
This way, future charges can be covered instantly without delay.
