How to Retrieve Your Vivint Host Support PIN
At Vivint Host, your security is our top priority. That’s why we use a Support PIN system to verify your identity whenever you request assistance with your hosting account. This added layer of protection helps ensure that only authorized users can make changes or access sensitive information.
You can easily find your Support PIN by logging into your Vivint Host Client Portal. Follow the steps below to locate it:
Step 1: Access the Client Login Page
Start by heading over to the Client Area Login Page. This is your central hub to manage everything-from your domains to support tickets.
Step 2: Enter Your Credentials
On the login page, input the email address and password you used when registering with Vivint Host.

Step 3: Log Into Your Dashboard
Once your details are entered, click Login. You’ll be directed to your Vivint Host Dashboard, where you can view and manage all of your services.

Step 4: Navigate to Account Details
In the top-right corner of your dashboard, you’ll see your name. Click it, and from the dropdown, select Account Details.
Step 5: Locate Your Support PIN
Scroll down the Account Details page until you reach the Additional Information section. Your unique Support PIN will be displayed there.
