How to Log in to cPanel – A Step-by-Step Guide | Vivint Host
At Vivint Host, we provide cPanel as the primary control panel for all our Web Hosting and Reseller Hosting plans. Whether you need to install WordPress, manage files, set up email accounts, or handle backups, cPanel puts full control of your website at your fingertips.
What Is cPanel?
cPanel is your all-in-one dashboard for managing your website and hosting environment at Vivint Host. It allows you to handle everything from installing WordPress and uploading files to setting up email accounts, managing backups, adding domains, and much more—all in one place.
All Vivint Host Web Hosting and Reseller Hosting plans include cPanel access.
How to Log in to cPanel
Follow these simple steps to access your cPanel:
Step 1: Log in to the Vivint Host Client Area
- Use your registered email and password to sign in: https://my.vivinthost.com/clientarea.php
Step 2: Navigate to My Services
Once logged in, click on the "My Services" tab to view your active hosting packages.

Step 3: Select Your Hosting Package

You’ll find your hosting plan listed here-click on it to proceed.

Step 4: Click on “Login to cPanel”
You’ll see an option labeled Login to cPanel—click it.
A button like this will appear inside your hosting service dashboard.

Step 5: cPanel Opens in a New Tab
You’ll be redirected to your cPanel interface in a new browser tab. From here, you can start managing your site.

Need to Give cPanel Access to Your Developer or Designer?
If you want to provide your web developer or designer with access to your cPanel—but without giving full access to your Vivint Host dashboard—you can simply share this direct login link:
yourdomain.com/cpanel
They’ll need your cPanel username and password to log in.
Note: We always recommend keeping your client area login private to maintain full control over your hosting account.
