Step 1: Log In to Your Vivint Host Account

Start by logging into your client dashboard: https://my.vivinthost.com

Once logged in, you’ll land on the main dashboard where you can manage your services, billing, domains, and support.

Step 2: Navigate to the Support Section

Look to the lower-left corner of your dashboard. Click on Support.

A drop-down menu will appear-go ahead and select Open Ticket.

 

 

Step 3: Choose the Relevant Department

Select the category that best fits your issue.

For example:

  • If you're dealing with a server or hosting issue, select Technical Support
  • For questions about billing, choose Billing Department
  • If you're unsure, choose General Support and we’ll route it accordingly

This helps us assign your ticket to the right team for faster resolution.

Step 4: Fill in the Ticket Form and Submit

Once the appropriate department is selected, you’ll see a form.

Here’s what you’ll need to provide:

  • A clear subject line (e.g., “Website not loading on SSD server”)
  • A detailed description of your issue
  • Attach screenshots or error messages if available

After filling in all necessary fields, click Submit.

  • In Progress – A support agent is actively working on your request.
  • Awaiting Reply – We’ve responded and are waiting for your input or confirmation.
  • Closed – Your issue has been resolved or the ticket has been marked as complete.

You’ll receive email notifications for every update, but you can always log in to check status or add more details to your ticket.
